At UADO, we create garments friendly to the body and the environment. We firmly believe that fashion can bring wisdom and has the power to change the world. Our designs are dedicated to female fighters for a world friendly to people, animals and the environment. We honour traditional art by promoting embroidery technique and making it our signature. We promote smart clothes communicating the world-view of the people wearing them. We back conscious consumption, using only vegan, environmentally friendly fabrics. We do not abuse the planet’s resources by eliminating plastics from our supply chain. We manufacture locally, using Polish knits and sewing only in domestic workshops. We practice fashion activism, exercising the concept of sisterhood by supporting foundations helping women (i.a. the Rak’n’Roll Foundation (pun: Cancer’n’Roll) and Autonomia).
